Let me start off by saying that I am a total lightroom beginner. I am using publish to HD or sometimes simply right click and export to a JPG with a resize to 1920x1080 and it never comes out that ways. It comes out every time to 1919x1080.
I'm shooting with a Sony ALT-A65V in 16:9 mode. You can see the original, the settings I used and the resulting JPG.
Also, I notied another posting referencing something similar but is there something lightroom does to the photo by default? Even once a photo seems to be rendered in my view it seems to change slightly after a second or two.
I was just exporting for easy display on any of my monitor and our TVs. Should I not shoot in 16:9 and then just crop it myself?
Any idea on my second question?

It doesn't matter what dimensions you shoot at. The problem is that 6000x3376 is not exactly the same ratio as 1920x1080. So, if you want exactly 1920x1080, then as Geoff explained, you MUST crop to that ratio (I believe he had a typographical error, I'm pretty sure he meant to say you must crop to a ratio 1920x1080)

Could you be more specific about what you are doing and where in Lightroom are you looking, when you see this?
Right after I import. I am in library view. I double click on a photo. It opens and comes into full detail. After about a second or so the color changes just slightly. It happens to every photo everytime. Its not the initial wait for the photo to render or whatever it does to come into full view its a few seconds after that. I just did a fresh reinstall of windows and lightroom recently and it still does it. (Reinstalled Windows for another reason)
