How do I get my upgrade on my new laptop?

I had Acrobat Pro installed on my laptop ... upgraded to Acrobat X Pro in March ... just received a new laptop and cannot get past the registration screen ... have the Serial # for the Upgrade ...

 

Any Suggestions?

    Is it asking for your previous qualifying serial number?  What version of Acrobat are you upgrading to Acrobat X Pro from?  Finally which operating system are you using?
