Help with using Adobe Muse

Muse Activation Problems

I am unable to activate Muse after downloading. When I try, the beach ball just spins endlessly. And I am astonished how Adobe provides little to no tech support for Muse!

Hi,

This is happening because Muse is not able to contact the activation servers. Refer to the following thread - http://forums.adobe.com/message/4463901

Actually, it turned out to be a conflict with an old font management program installed on my hard drive. Once I trashed that, Muse worked fine.
