Upgrade from Muse to Creative Cloud

Upgrade from trial muse to creative cloud. When opening Muse get message trial has expired. Hit continue button and enter Adobe id, email and password and get message. An unexpected error occurred processing your request. Please try again later. Have tried several times with no luck.

    Hi Steve 22223,

     

    Please try uninstalling the trial of Muse and reinstalling through the Adobe Application Manager

     

    The uninstaller should be listed

     

    on Mac OS

    1. Double-click your hard drive.

    2. Go to Applications > Utilities > Adobe Installers.

     

    on Windows

    1. Click Start > Control Panel.

    2. Click Programs and Features.

     

    To reinstall Launch Adobe Application Manager from

     

    Applications Folder on Mac or the Start Menu on Windows.
