Got a weird one here. When I log in as the site admin and go to retreive the PDF secure passphrase, I enter the Offline Payment Password in the pop-up, click Continue and everything works fine. When I log in as the site owner, the one who will be doing the processing of the credit cards, entering the Offline Payment Password and clicking Continue does absolutely nothing. The pop-up doesn't go away, there's no error message, it just sits there and does nothing. Anyone seen this before and/or know what's going on? The site owner's login is set up with the Administrator role. Thanks.
