There are a strange issue. We have published a new issue (No. 7) of Israel Defense magazine and updated the app. Tonight they were aproved by Apple, I downloaded the app but inside the kiosk near the new issue appearing "Issue Unavailable".
The 7th issue and the update of the kiosk were made when Drop 19 was actual. I use iPad 3, the 7th issue has been made 1024x768 and tested on the new iPad.
How to deal with the issue?!

I have removed the Israel Defense app from my iPad and downloaded it again. In addition I have updated the 7th issue in Folio Producer and the so at least on my iPad the kiosk works correctly. I cannot offer customers the app, if I have myself it is not working.
May be the issue happened because recently I had moved to iPad 3 in combination with linked to the old and the new one of my Apple developer account.
This message sometimes appears when you update the status, such as switching from private to public. Try unpublishing the folio and republishing it with the appropriate status settings (such as Public / Retail).
Today we had "Issue Unavailable" in the same sprint 20 branded viewer for the two different issues on the two different iPads - on one of them it was issue #0202 and on the other - issue #0203. That is why I decided to reinstall the app. And the reinstallation of the app fixed this issue on both iPads, so it looks like this message caused by somehow corrupted app data.
Bob, could you please ask developers how this issue could be fixed as we don't want our readers to face the same problem.
