Importing pics to Lightroom 3

I have Lightroom 3 and am trying to import files (RAW) from my ext. HD.  The photos were taken on a Nikon D5100.  According to the Adobe website, my camera is supported.  But everytime I try, it says this camera is NOT supported.

Anyone have an answer?

    Which 3.x version do you have? The D5100 wasn't supported until LR 3.4.

    I didn't look at earlier versions, but Lightroom 3.6 does support your camera.  Are you running Lightroom 3.6?  If not, you should download and update to that version.
