Edit Hierarchy In Model Tree

Jul 31, 2012 9:58 AM

Hi,

I am using Tetra 4D's 3D Reviewer software.  I imported a large assembly as a STEP file.  The 3D Reviewer arranged the parts in assemblies in the model tree incorrectly.  Beyond just renaming the parts and assemblies in the model tree, does anyone know how to actually edit the hierarchy in the model tree?  How to move a part from one assembly to another?

I have been unable to find any way to do this in the Tetra 4D instruction manuals and tutorials.  If this is impossible it would be a major shortcomming in the program.

Sorry but questions about third-party products have to be posted to their own website - this forum is only for Adobe software. Within Acrobat Pro itself you cannot make any changes to the model tree.

Tetra4D does not have a forum - the 'online communities' page on their website describes this site as "a wealth of good information on 3D PDF topics" but does not imply it has any connection to their products. There is a developer partnership between Tetra4D and Adobe but absolutely no crossover of customer support in either direction.

The route for 3D Reviewer customers to get support is via a ticket system in your online account at Tetra4D's website - see http://www.tetra4d.com/product-support.html
