Problems downloading Elements 10 updates?

I have received updates to both Elements 10 and Premiere Elements 10 but the error message is saying I need to close down the Elements AutoAnalyser.exe file before the update can proceed. How do I proceed?

    Which operating system are you using?  You can close the process using either the task manager or activity monitor depending on the operating system you are using?
