indesign coordinates

Hello...

 

I'm writing a c++ app against the prerelease version of InDesign SDK CS5.5.

I want retrieve the coordinates from indesign file. but i have no getting the formula for

find out the text frame coordinates. which standard follows these coordinates.

 

Is there a logical explanation for this behavior?
