Non streaming audio recorder

Hi there,

I'm a pretty new in a flash programming. All I need is to capture the microphone and to record a voice on the local file.
I know how can I do that using a stream to the Flash Media Server, but the storing local file seems to me a hard job.
Can you give me a hint?

HI, guys. you need a good quality mic and sound recorder. Connect your mic to computer, then start recording. But the key program is what kind of program should you use. Some highly recommended ones include adobe audition, audacity, freecorder etc. you can also test out this one to record streaming audio or own voice.

Check out http://audior.ec it records mp3 files directly from the browser without a media server.
