Downloading trial version of Framemaker.

I have tried three times to download the trial edition of Framemaker. It will start to download, but then immediately shut down. I have Windows 7 Ultimate.

    Do you receive an error message when you try to download?  Where are you choosing to download the install files too?

    I am not getting any type of error message. It will start to download, and then just stop after about ten seconds. One time I waited about five minutes to see if it would restart but nothing happened.
