Date Form Question

I have created a registration form using Adobe Forms.  There are several date selections for candidates to choose from but limited space in each one.  If I delete the date off the form once it is full, it deletes the information from my responses.

 

Is there a way to leave this date up but show it as full and still keep the responses?

    Hi,

     

    If you delete a form field, it does delete the associated data. However you can add a new column in the response table (when you add a column to the table, it does not show up in the form), and then copy your data from the form field column to the newly added column.  Then you can remove your form field.
