aspect ratio problem in horizontal publication

Hi

 

I'm working in a horizontal publication, and I have a problem when I add to my folio a 1024px (width) x 1500px (height) document. With other vertical publication I don't have this problem, when I use more than 1024px for height…

 

The message is something like this (I have indesign in spanish, is a google translation): "None of the designs of the source file has an aspect ratio which matches the aspect ratio of the publication. Make sure there is at least a design source file with an aspect ratio matching, and then try to add the source file."

 

What is the reason I've this problem?

    Did you select a Smooth Scrolling option when you created or imported the article?

    Also, make sure to use the _h suffix on the file name.

    Is the same selecting or not Smooth Scrolling… don't work in the two possibilities, and file has _h suffix…

     

    any more idea?

    Is this article being imported into a folio that is set up as either vertical or dual orientation? If not, have you tried to use the add function instead of import?

    folio is set up as horizontal… and I tried to add the document and import, and don't work…

    You have "Desactivado" selected for "Desplazamiento suave." Select a different option.

    ok, I understand my problem, the snapshot is one page example document, but my real document has more pages, and don't appear smoth scrolling and I can't add the document… (I attach screenshot)

     

    anyway… this "smooth scroll" only appear with 1 page document, if you have more don't appear… and you can't add any article…

     

    is it a bug?, or is it a normal feature?

    Smooth Scrolling articles can have only one page.
