Reset default to version 6.0

An automatic adobe update installed Adobe 8.0 on my computer and must have set it as the default Adobe program. I use Adobe 6.0 Professional for my work and now when I try to launch 6.0 Pro, it pulls up 8.0. I can't use 8.0 for my work. How can I access my 6.0 Pro program?
