Not that I am finding at the moment. Which applications specifically are you looking for a PDF version of the help for?

for all of them. The reason is quite simple. If I look for help but I haven't access to the internet then I'm lost....

If you have the address of the online help main page, you could download the entire package using something like http://www.httrack.com/

thx. for the hint. If there is no other way to get the documentation I will try this out.
On the other hand I think it should be possible to get the documentation bundle of a bought product directly from Adobe....
