HELP !!!

My watch folders option is giving me a message that I need tostart the Adobe's active file monitor service from service manager ( Control Panel  Administrative tools  services . I do not have a clue what to do . I need step by step instructions how to do this .I am using Windows 7

    Go to Start>Control Panel>Administrative tools

    In the list, double click Services

    Click on Adobe Active File Monitor. Activate it.

    Just a bit of amplification:  If you're logged in to Windows in a standard user account, you'll need to right-click the "Services" item and choose "Run as administrator".
