install failed, application manager re-downloading

Does the applicaiton manager really download afresh when an install fails?  If so, how sloppy.

If not is there a way to just find the already downloaded file?

    Hi Getho,

     

    Correct, it doesn't currently support resuming incomplete or failed downloads. I'll pass your feedback on to our developers.
