Help with saving themes please

Hi, I can't seem to save a theme that I have created from a photo. I am logged in. When I click 'save' I get an error message - it says 'kuler klash' then 'error' but there is no more info / text to say what the problem is.

 

Can someone help!

    Hi Anna,

     

    Sorry for the long delay in responding. Are you still having this issue? Is this when using the Kuler desktop app?

     

    Are you able to use the browser based version instead?
