Help with colors for web redesign

Hello all,

 

I am currently starting a web redesign for a city website and need some help picking colors that will go with the current logo. What looks good with RGB 23,108,107 and RGB 182,133,106? I've attached an image of the logo below if that helps. I am horrible at picking colors that go with other colors, so any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

    These seemed very earthy to me. Might try plugging the current colors into Kuler and experiment with the rules and to get some variations and then just run a hand full of them by the client to choose. Also might want to test the logo at various sizes to ensure it holds up and still is acceptable.
