@newnoviceuser Without a timeline, Flabaco doesn't know the length of the content and arbitarily converts just the first 12 seconds.
Future versions of Flabaco will let the user define the number of seconds/frames to convert but as of now, such a sitution requires manual intervention by the site admin.
If you can email the .swf file (or a link) to swf-to-video@flash-banner-converter.com I'll do the needful and send you a link to the converted video.
