i play farmville on facebook,it worked fine,now for the last week or so,it keeps crashing.thank you.

HI PAT, NO,I TRYED UNINSTALLING AND REINSTALLING ADOBE,DID`NT WORK. I INSTALLED JAVA ALSO.THANKS FOR TRYING.

It should say more, something like 11.3.300.257 or similar.

Ok, let's go back to the beginning...

You use Firefox; what version is it (Help | About Firefox)?

Can you try to start Firefox in Safe Mode (Help | Restart with add-ons disabled); does the crash still happen?

How exactly does it crash; Firefox just disappears?

firefox 14.0.1 i tryed the safe mode,that did`t work. you asked how exactly does it crash? o.k.,when i put farmville on, it just crashes,it other games too.i play on facebook. thanks

i tryed it on enternet explorer and it worked. now i put it back on firefox and it`s working again.i thank you very much for your help and your time.can you friend request me on facebook so we can continue to talk?,once again thank you. my [email address removed]
