i just recently downloaded pscs6 trial version the other day ago and when i tried to open it it says: pscs6 has encountered a problem and needs to close. it wont even open it keeps opening the erroe report box by microsoft what do i do????? :n( i really need help on this everyone
i guess in a sense, cause it pause the download and a box (rectangle) opened up and said something to the effect about do i want to quit installation and restart after restarting the computer i didnt think anything of it so i clicked continue, so after it was done installing, i noticed some files in which i formated to psd doc. in the fake ps program called gimp (2.7 i think, but i uninstalled it before i downloaded cs6) were changed to pscs6 icons on my desk and no it NEVER opened when i clicked to open it either via icon on desk shortcut, listing in start menu or even comp-c drive-prog-adobe-pscs6 it NEVER opened! :n( all i keep getting is: adobe photoshop cs6 has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience, it also talks about: tosee what data this error report contains, clickhere( which a bunch of other stuff i dont understand but if u need me to ill write it all down and type it out to you cause it doesnt let me copy paste it im using: Windows Xp Home Edition Sp3 the steps ive take ive uninstalled it, and reinstalled it but before i did that i did what i thought was ok in some settings as safe as i could(meaning im not highly 'literate' in comp as i am in illustration let along ps lol ) but yeah, i uninstalled and reinstalled ive restarted and nothing, but look brother even if u cant help me with this i thank u so much and appreciate you so much for taking out of your time to help me i really do push come to shove ill jus try to save up some bread from my airbrush work and try to buy an older version but as of now im broke
Arsone1 can you please try running the Adobe Support Advisor - http://www.adobe.com/support/loganalyzer/ to see if it can detect any difficulties with your installation. The Adobe Support Advisor will automatcially review your installation log and attempt to locate a possible solution.
