Can someone let me know "their" idea of system requirements to make 3.6 run efficiently on a Windows XP system Pentium 2+ with 1.5 gig ram and Nvidea Card. I just cant get it to move

No wonder. You're way below Adobe's published requirements, which are the bare minimum for the product to run, not run well.

I don't think there's anything you can do to that machine to make LR run at all well. Think of it as a good excuse to upgrade.

That was a pretty good computer 10 years ago. But it's practically worthless for today's software. It's time for an upgrade! And I mean the whole computer.
