"Preview" error

Until today I have been making my website in Muse with no problems and have been able to switch successfully betweeen the "design" and "preview" modes with no errors.

 

However, now I get the following error when I try to switch to "preview"

 

Unable to display page

It has not been possible to display the page you requested for the following reason:
  • Access Denied
Contact your system administrator if you continue to experience difficulties.

 

How can I fix it?!!! It says to contact your system administrator butthat's me and I have no idea!

    Hello gracemusicthehague,

     

    Can you share more information about this issue? What OS are you using? Windows or OS X? What changed in your computer before this problem started? Have you tried restarting you computer and then preview a page again? Also, is this happening for all pages or is it one specifically that throws the error?

    Hi Cristian and Lance thanks for your offers of help. It's all working fine now - I was on a public server and I think they must have been blocking something!
