How do I edit and switch css files?

Hello,

 

I have a website,innerjetix.com, I bought that uses php. So far to edit the site, I took the source code of the design and have been editing it in dreamweaver.

 

Here is the site unedited:

And here is the site edited with Dreamweaver so far:

Now I want to transfer the design I have created in dreamweaver to the file uploaded online. So far I have downloaded the css file from the online server, but I'm not sure what exactly to edit so that the appearance will be the same. How can I transfer the design I did on dreamweaver to the server.
