Wrong language download

The version I downloaded was Spanish and I want English, do I have to uninstall and re-download all over again?

    AS Pat said, you need to provide more info. What software? What operating system? Is it a trial version? In the latter case this may be perfectly normal, since trial versions always use the default system language and if that's set to Spanish, well, you get the idea....
