Error 1324

Whenever I try to install either 9.5 or X it doesn't complete and I get the following error message

"Error 1324. The Path Windows XP/Application Data or the volume is invalid."

Any tips??

Do you already have another version of Adobe Reader installed? If so, uninstall it first.

Next download and run the offline installer from http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

Hi Pat,

thanks for quick reply but I've alrady uninstalled previous versions using reader's off line installer and still can't do anything!

Not sure; I have not seen that error 1324 before, but it sounds like some of your environment variables may be pointing to an non-existent drive or location.
