i am having trouble sharing an album. when i finish the process i get a message the upload is successful but album does not appear on phtoshop.com and people i want to share with do not receive .

    Is this your first time to share an Album on Photoshop.com?  If the answer is no then have you tried logging in to your account to see if there is anything there.

     

    I created a test gallery to see what is this all about and it looks like this:

    I'm not sure how much that helps you Jerry. Mytaxsite's posting an album to Photshopshowcase.com, not Photoshop.com. This is because he is in the UK, which doesn't have access to Photoshop.com. If you have uploaded an Album to Photoshop.com from Photoshop  Elements but are not seeing it on Photoshop.com, make sure you are logged into the same account in both. Try signing out of Photoshop.com and Photoshop Elements (use the "Hello, [Name]" link in the top right of Organizer. It will ask you to enter your password, instead click the "Sign Out" link at the bottom.

     

    Then sign in to both Photoshop.com and Photoshop Elements with the same user name and password and try sending an album again.
