write key word tag and properties info into photo

I use PSE 8 running under Windows 7. Using the'write key word tag and properties info into photo' instruction under File I believed that I was embedding the captions keyed into each photo (.jpg) with PSE 8 Organiser regardless of the app being used to view the albums. But critically this is not the case and the caption are not visible when viewed through Windows Photo Viewer.However by right clicking on 'properties' for each photo in Windows Photo Viewer the caption is there but in their Title field.

Is there anyway that captions when inserted with PSE 8 Organiser can write that capion so that it appears regardless of which photo app is being used to view it?
