Loaded Frame11 onto an XP build machine and when trying to open a document am getting
C:\Program Files\Adobe\AdobeFrameMaker11\startup\s1000dUtilities.jsxbin error Line 51
It seems there is an issue with a start-up script... something not getting unpacked maybe.
In the Frame Consolefile is the message:
Script Error :
Error Message : csdp is undefined
Script, Line# : C:\Program Files\Adobe\AdobeFrameMaker11\startup\s1000dUtilities.jsxbin, 107
Is anyone else getting this?
Wonder if I'm missing something on the build of my machine, or something is locked down locally. Is it lacking a resource or have I neglected to configure something post-install? Frame opens, but the document isn't displayed. It only becomes temporarily visible when you try to exit FM11 and it prompts you for a save.
We don't have this problem with FM10.
for FM10 S1000D Application Pack was needed. http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4995
FrameMaker Download Page (http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=22&platform =Windows) isn't updated for FrameMaker 11, so I don't know if there is a newer version available and if this app pack runs with FM 11.
I downloaded the FM10 S1000D Pack (though wasn't getting that issue in FM10 when I opened the same document) and installed it.
But still getting the same error.
I may try installing FM11 on a different machine, maybe Win7...
