cannot install/update/uninstall Adobe AIR

I've downloaded a new Adobe AIR version i tried to install it but got error

I've restarted my PC and tried again but still same problem,i also tried uninstallng my current Adobe AIR but still getting same error that I'm not the admin on my PC,my i am the admin,i also tried right click > run as admininstrator but didn't work

so i can't unintall it nor upgrade it to newer version..

my current Adobe AIR version: 3.2.0.2070

new version trying to install: 3.3.0.3070

using Windows 7 SP1 32bit

Try uninstalling the current version with http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall then try the install again.
