Quiz Results Analyzer

I have noticed it is very hard to delete scores from the quiz analyzer 1.5 for Adobe Captivate 5.  We want to be able to export the scores from the analyzer and then delete them so when new people take the quiz we are able to just export the new scores.  I tried to export to CSV and then delete from acrobat.com, but that deletes the entire folder and won't record any new scores.  Any ideas on how to delete individual users or export an entire list and delete the list without deleting the whole folder from acrobat.com?

    Hi ,

     

    It records score in the strucre of folders that you put under Course, Department and Company Name!

     

    Can you try,

     

    Windows 7: Navigate to c:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\

     

    Delete the QuizResultsAnalyzer1.5.D22673E681B55698FF9C7ED1AC2C76EECFF3CF3F.1 folder

     

    Mac: \Users\USERNAME\Library\Preferences\

     

    Delete the QuizResultsAnalyzer1.5.D22673E681B55698FF9C7ED1AC2C76EECFF3CF3F.1 folder

    No, I want to keep the folder structure, I just want to be able to delete users as I record their scores in Excel.  I don't want to delete the whole folder because new people will be taking the tests and I will need to record their scores as well.
