pdf files as email attachments come up in unreadable Word. What am I doing wrong?
These files are saved as .pdf
As far as I know, Word cannot open PDF files.
If they automatically open in Word, then you need to change the file association.
Easiest by uninstalling/reinstalling Adobe Reader.
I thought that might work – I will check all my files are filed where they are supposed to be filed and backed up. Thanks very much.
