How can I delete a PDF X document?

There seem to be no options to do this.

    You delete it like any other file; is there a problem if you try that?

    Thanks for the prompt reply.  Yes, when I try, absolutely nothing happens.

    I can highlight the entire document, but nothing happens when I push the

    delete key on my computer.  On the file or edit drop down menu, "delete" is

    never highlighted.  I did email this document as an attachment from my

    desktop to my laptop.  Tlhe mistake I guess was emailing it as an adobe

    document.

    I am a bit confused. If you want to delete a file from your computer, you don't do it from within an application, you send it to the trash. If you want to delete the contents of a PDF file and keeping the empty file, that's completely beyond the capabilities of the free Reader.
