Some Flip Cam MP4 Clips Have No Audio

I shot 150 XDCAM EX 720p mp4 video clips all from the same Cisco Flip Cam. I opened them in Premiere Pro CS4 using the XDCAM EX 720p setting. About half have audio. When I play them in Quicktime Player, they all have audio. What gives?

Show everyone the details of one good and one bad file

Report back with the codec details of your file, use the programs below... a screen shot works well to SHOW people what you are doing

Do the clips have waveform or flatliner.
Make sure you let it conform before editing.

Flatlining.
Normally I see a conforming indicator in the bottom right, but I see none with these clips.

Load 'problem' clips into AME or QT and export audio to wav. See if that will help.
