Is there a way to download InDesign CS6 instead of using the AAM for Creative Cloud. I tried twice yesterday to download and install on my PC. I even let the download process run all night, with no success. The status bar shows a full download, but then never installs. I have a T1 internet connection. What are my options?
I might recommend that you use Adobe's Creative Suite Cleaner Tool if you haven't already. Basically you will uninstall your applications, run the cleaner tool, and then re-download all the applications.
Please post back if the problem returns!
Michael
Another possible solution might be to download/install the trial version of InDesign CS6 and then just convert it to be licensed under CCM. This shouldn't be required but if it is the only app giving you difficulties, it might be an easy workaround. This doc shows how to convert a trial to licensed under CCM.
