How to search only data in a specific form field?

In Acrobat X, how can a user search only the data stored in a specific form field within multiple forms/documents?  In other words, how can a user search for "Thomas" in the Last Name field of 100 forms/documents while ignoring "Thomas" in the First Name field and Middle Name field of those same forms/documents?
