Look at eXtreme Power Supply Calculator Pro v2.5 and get the Pro version. Put your system load at 100% and capacitor aging at 30%, then add some safety margin to the calculated wattage and calculate that you will add some extra disks, fans, etc. in the future.

In addition to what Bill and Harm stated, ditch the B75 motherboard for a Z77 motherboard: The B75 chipset does not allow the CPU to be overclocked at all, which almost completely negates the very advantage of a K-series CPU with unlocked multipliers. In fact, all motherboards using the B75 chipset has all of the CPU speeds permanently locked to stock speeds.
