LR History panel - Deleting a step to a large group of images

Somehow after finishing work on a 450 image catolog , all adjustments included local adjustments on 400 images of the 450 were accidentally synced - is there a way to return the 400 images back to their state before the last accidental sync ?

( note the 400 images had been exported, so , on the history panel if i could just have the 400 images in question move back to the the "export " , well , that would be great ) or do i have to go through each one of the 400 and move then back on the history panel individually

Individually, unless you are still in LR and the Sync was the last change you did to all of them so a single Undo would rollback the Sync of all of them.
