I can't copy keyframes from one audio track to another. I have Show Track Volume selected in both tracks. I use the Pen to select in one track. I highlight the other track and try to Paste, but the option is greyed out.
Let's see if this works.
In your Clip, where you have made the adjustments with Keyframes, Select it (Alt+click will Select JUST the Audio portion if muxed), Rt-click on it, and choose Copy. Now, Select, as above, the "target" Clip, Rt-click on it, and choose Paste Attributes. Does that get your Keyframes into it?
Ann got me to reread what you wished to do, and I had missed the "Track Keyframes" aspect. She is correct, and thank you Ann.

One cannot copy track keyframes from one track to another track, you can only copy and paste in the same track.
Clip keyframes can be copied/pasted to any clip on any track in the timeline.
