Create Geospatial PDF

Can Adobe X Pro be used to create a geospatial PDF?  I cannot find the Georegistar Tool.

    No. The ability to create or register geoPDFs was removed in Acrobat X. You can view existing files in the Acrobat X Family just as you could before, but can only create them using specialist GIS software, such as from ESRI.
