Attempting to encode the following video via AME CS6 and am currently running into the following problems:
-- When encoding at 30fps (H.264/mp4) -- the duration of the file is correct, but the audio/video runs super fast and sticks on the last frame of the video for the remaining time left.
-- When encoding at 15fps (3gp)-- the duration of the file and the audio/video are correct, but is very low quality.
-- When encoding at anything in between (H.264/mp4), the video stutters all the way through.
Very confused as to what is going on. I am simply looking to encode/compress the video in a high quality mp4 file. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Jim, thanks for walking me through but I'm not seeing the Microsoft AVI option in my presets.
