If Then Conditions?

I am still looking for a conditional statement example for Acrobat forms checkboxes.

 

Example:

 

If Checkbox "X" is selected, and

If Checkbox "Y" is selected, and

If Checkbox "Z" is selected, then

 

autocheck Email "Yes" checkbox.

 

If Checkbox "X" is selected, and

If Checkbox "Y" is selected, and

If Checkbox "Z" is NOT selected, then

 

autocheck Email "No" checkbox

 

 

Please help!   Thank you in advance.
