Flash player 11.3 Full Screen multiple monitors

Hello,

 

I haven't had a problem in the past with this. I can typically watch a full screen video on one monitor while working with another application in a second monitor. However, yesterday, this suddently stopped working for me, and I can't find any place to change the settings to get this to work again.

 

I'm using 64-bit Windows 7, in Google Chrome v21.0.1180.60, with Adobe Flash 11.3.31.222.

    Hi, i am also encountering this problem. In the past, as soon as the video was not muted, i was able to set focus on other window applications.

    It applies to both youtube player and twitch.tv player.

    - with the same OS, broswer and player version

    Same issue here. It seems that the last update wrecked up that cool function.

    I was also having the same problem and this worked for me.  In your status bar type Chrome://plugins Next hit the "+ details"  button on the far top right of the page.  There should be 3 files under Flash.  You need to disable PepperFlashplayer.dll and Flash ver 11.3.  Restart Chrome and it should work like you need it to.  Hope this helps till someone figures out a real fix.

    Worked for me!

     

    I disabled this (and only this):

     

     

    Nombre:Shockwave Flash

     

     

    Descripción:Shockwave Flash 11.3 r31

     

     

    Versión:11.3.31.222

     

     

    and left the other version active. Now I'm watching videos in full screen while I'm writing this on the other monitor.

    I'd like to recommend you open a bug report on this over here: https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/list

     

    I ran into two different problems using the pepper player in chrome (11.3.31.222).  The first was it leaving full screen when focus was removed, the second was that it always played on my primary (second) monitor even through my browser was positioned in my first or third monitors.

    Balrog14's suggestion is the only thing that has worked for me. None of the other suggestions including openning a bug report has produced any results or responses from adobe.

     

     

    Chrome://plugins

    Disable only 11.3.31.222

     

    Even though adobe tried to release this 'fix' for another issue, it seems to have caused another issue.

    It seems to be an issue of Pepper player in Chrome and it has been reported already. Less just hope a future update will address this problem soon.
