Hi.
I just downloaded Adobe Reader 10.3.1 and I just can't find the drawing markups tools under comments. When I open a page straight from the internet, it shows, but with any of my PDFs, it doesn't. I've tried all the menu options and have spent the last 2h reading FAQ, but just can't seem to figure out what to do to see these. I would greatly appreciate any help.
