spry menu bar not refreshing

http://www.ijjservices.co.uk/ijjservices/home.html thats the link to the website i've created if you mess around with the menu bar a bit you'll find the drop down menus some time stick and it seems like it doesn't re fresh so it sticks and doesn't disapear i have a screen shot

This is my second time posting so if i've missed out something important again please tell me.

i forgot to say that when you hover over the tab that doesn't disappear it seems to refresh and then disappear
