Very frustrated after chatting with "Chat support" - My Adobe ID was working fine, and has been for about 5 year, untill I signed up to Creative Cloud today and paid my money. Right after making the purchase my Adobe ID no longer worked, I had to use my partners ID to get onto this forum and post this message!
Resetting my password - the process works fine, I recieve the password reset email and am told the reset is succesful but the login does not work?
Anyone had this happen before? or any ideas? as i cant wait for 48 hour support or wait for Monday telephone support as I need to go on a Business trip tomorrow.
