How do you calculate a numeric field based upon a radio button selection

I have a very simple example:

Fields as shown in the sidebar for 'edit fields'

Page 1

Cost

Group1

Yes

Text2

These are the items in the PDF. Group 1 is a radio button group. Cost is the cost of a meal, and text2 is a numeric field I want to place the cost of the meal if Yes is selected. Once I learn how to make this work it will be part of a much larger PDF with several things to answer Yes/No and I will add up the amount of the check to be submitted.
