Yes photoshop elements should open them just fine.

I just tested : no problem to open my .pdd files of year 2000 in my PSE10

Michel,

Thanks for testing that. As I understand it, however, the Organizer cannot display those files. Is that correct?

The organizer should display the files (.pdd is a version of the .psd file format)

(i have photo deluxe on old computer, so that's why the date is today)
